Just wanted to follow up but the Embassy Pro Books experience has been fabulous. The customer care and the print set-up staff ideas were number 1 and the end product is superb...absolutely what was offered was delivered. I greatly appreciated the design advice and the it made for a beautiful portfolio of my work. I would reiterate how I got to Embassy Pro Books...for the record.
I had decided that my photo retail outlets would require several portfolios, which at the proof size of 13x19 would be heavy, awkward and after a few hundred clients thumbing through would like ruin a a couple thousand dollars worth of prints. I decided upon creating an e-book and researched several of my professional photo organization websites for suggestions/ideas and blog advice. Ultimately, I reduced my research candidates to a shortlist of 5 companies throughout the world....2 in the UK, 1 in Belgium, 1 in the USA and Embassy Pro Books.
I was completely unaware of Embassy's location until after I had downloaded the templates and built my first draft .I needed to have a question on the cover design answered and only then did I check the contact info to be pleasantly surprised you are a Canadian firm in Oakville.
I should advise you I am a trained and experienced development economist so when I say I did my research and comparative value analysis...I mean it!
Congratulations on surviving my analysis and more so,thank you for exceeding my expectations of performance.
